My offering to you is 30 years experience in training, management, customer service, strategic planning, business and leadership
development, I have led mens' groups in Russia, won multi-million dollar contracts from Fortune 500 corporations, started
companies, and negotiated large contracts, including one collective-bargaining contract in health care worth half a billion dollars
and been CEO of the largest Physician's Association in the America. I have worked for, and been well trained by, some of the
best profit and non-profit companies in America. Additionally, I am an experienced non-denominational minister, officiating
weddings and funerals when called to do so.
My strength is in facilitating communication and problem-solving to win practical outcomes, while enhancing working relationships
within organizations and between disputants. I do this by focusing on NEEDS, not just wants. Extensive mediation experience
includes community, family and the workplace. I have led men's groups focused on understanding anger and fear, and a "feeling
man's" place in the family and society in the United States and in Russia, with a specialization in survivors of trauma and physical
and emotional abuse.
With a Master of Science degree in Conflict Resolution focusing on the role that respect plays in the escalation and de-
escalation of conflict, and in communication generally, I am well trained to ensure good mediation, negotiation, and facilitation
outcomes. I have extensive experience and studies in multi-cultural, human and organizational development. All of my seminars
and consulting sessions are focused around considering and enhancing respect to ensure enduring agreements. Without
respect there can be no trust. Without trust there can be no safety. Without safety there can be no communication. Without
communication there can be no lasting agreement.
