It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Robert Drake. I have known Bob for 6 years now and we have worked as colleagues in the past at the InterHospital Physicians Association. I served as the Medical Director. From the very start he was polished and organized. As Executive Director, Bob was really a go-getter. Literally, day one he was out in the field meeting our constituents and assessing their needs. Physicians and administrators appreciated his professionalism and style. Relationship building comes naturally to Bob but is just one of many of Bob’s outstanding qualities. Bob is a skilled negotiator who readily creates an environment of mutual respect. During his tenure at the IPA, we went through some arduous contracting meetings. In the end, the people on the other side of the table complimented Bob on his character.
Bob is ambitious with a positive attitude and great work ethic. He would start early in the day and carried a significant class load at night. He seemed to handle both with ease, never compromising his work at the IPA.
The physician’s organization continues to reap the benefits of having Bob’s energy and enthusiasm at the helm. He helped us to explore new possibilities and foster key relationships. He truly gave the IPA a lift that has been sustained.
In summary, Robert Drake is a talented, genuine and very personable individual who works with great zeal. His contemplative nature and sense of humor will make him a welcome addition to any organization.
